2nd Sunbury Guides did a Santa Street collection for charity in December. When the girls returned after the christmas holiday they had to decide who was going to receive the money. Two local charities were put forward and it was decided that the money would come to us. We received £250. Thanks a million girls and well done for walking the streets on that very cold December evening.
Long standing supporters of the Trust donated their Quiz winnings of £50. Their support has been great over the past 4 years.
One of our volunteers works for British Airways. They run a Community Volunteering Award scheme which recognises the time and effort that their staff give to a charity. The application was successful and we were awarded £500 from BRITISH AIRWAYS to fund some more recreational equipment for children in hospital.
